Event Description:
Indiana Wesleyan University will welcome approximately 600 family members to campus on Friday, March 22 as part of Family Weekend 2019. Families are invited to visit their students and experience what daily life on campus is like.
 
The weekend will be packed with family-friendly activities that run through Sunday morning. Events include the following: 
  • “Mary Poppins Returns” – movie night in the Globe Theatre – Friday at 7 p.m.
  • Friday Night Live – student-led comedy night – Friday at 8:45 p.m.
  • Family Activities – participate in activities at the Rec & Wellness Center – Saturday at 9 a.m.
  • Family Weekend Banquet – catered dinner with entertainment by magician Steve Cabe, a 2016 IWU alum– Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Brunch – enjoy brunch in Baldwin Dining Room – Sunday 11:00 a.m.–1:15 p.m. 
“Family Weekend is a great time for students and families to connect!” said Krista Brown, associate director for alumni and parent relations. “Student Activities Council and the Parent Relations office have worked together to provide a schedule of opportunities for families to have time together and create memories that will last a lifetime.
