Managing outcomes needs to be integral to a nonprofit in order for its mission and for the nonprofit itself to be sustainable. The results of measuring outcomes can be shared with stakeholders and funders to illustrate the impact of an organization’s programs and to demonstrate the difference the organization is making in the community and in the lives of individuals.

Janice Replogle, J/G Consulting, retired from Ball State University after 21 years. She served as Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Miller College of Business. Janice is currently a consultant working in the areas of board governance, strategic planning and outcomes.
