Name: Taylor University Lyric Theatre presents WORKING A Musical
Date: February 5, 2016
Time: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Event Description:

Over the years we have come to love the remarkable Stephen Schwartz musicals Wicked, Pippin, and Godspell for their amazing stories and memorable music.  Schwartz has written another musical, Working, which Taylor University Lyric Theatre is now bringing to you!  However, instead of presenting you with just one story, Working tells the varied stories of people we can relate to, people who are working to make a mark as well as to make a living.  Through catchy tunes, fabulous dance numbers, and raw text from interviews with actual people - including a trucker, a waitress, a delivery worker, a teacher, a flight attendant, a millworker, and others - Working provides humorous and poignant glimpses into the identity of Americans working in “everyday” jobs.  You don’t want to miss it!
