Event Description:
Taylor University music professors Dr. Chris Bade (clarinet) and Dr. Dana Collins (composer) will present “CB DC” on Thursday, March 10, at 7:30 pm in the Butz Carruth Recital Hall.  The program features four works for clarinet by living composers, including the premiere of Dana Collins’ piece, A Little Help from My Friends.  Cincinnati composer Rick Sowash (Six Lovely Little Variations on “Love is Little”), Grammy award winning Steve Reich (New York Counterpoint) and Britain’s Trevor Wishart (Fidelio, a theatre piece) are also on the program.
