Collabora Launches “Data Drive” to Power Informed Decisions in Grant County
A new community indicators dashboard for Grant County.

Grant County, Ind. — Collabora has officially launched Data Drive, a new community indicators dashboard designed to serve as a one-stop, 24/7 digital resource for local data. Accessible at CollaboraGC.com/Data-Drive, the dashboard complements other Collabora initiatives, including the Grant County Strategic Vision, and Collabora Leadership Intensive: Mobilizing the Bold (The CLIMB).

Developed by the Collabora Stewards—Community Foundation of Grant County, Grant County Economic Growth Council, Grant County Visitors Bureau, Greater Grant County, Project Leadership, and United Way of Grant County—with support from Transform Consulting Group, Data Drive eliminates the guesswork typically involved in finding current, reliable information about Grant County.

“We were thrilled to partner with the Collabora Stewards to create the Data Drive dashboard for Grant County. Data Drive is a unique, engaging dashboard that helps paint the data story of Grant County and makes data more accessible for community members. We look forward to following how community partners can accelerate their community impact using data from this tool.” said Amanda Lopez, President, Transform Consulting Group.
With more than 50 data sources and 90+ indicators, the dashboard organizes information around four community-prioritized themes: Economic Vitality, Talent Development, Quality of Place, and Quality of Life. These categories reflect the focus areas outlined in the 2024 Grant County Strategic Vision, a collaborative plan shaped by local input.
“Too often, access to local data feels like a scavenger hunt,” said Dawn Brown, President and CEO of the Community Foundation. “With Data Drive, we’re creating a central hub for facts—not guesswork—so that anyone who wants to make a difference in Grant County has the insight they need to do it.”
Data Drive is designed to empower community members, nonprofits, businesses, and decision-makers by providing trustworthy data that can help identify needs, inform programs, measure outcomes, support funding proposals, attract investment, and counter misinformation. The dashboard will be updated regularly to ensure it remains timely and useful.
Each of the four focus areas ties directly to the Grant County Strategic Vision:
  1. Economic Vitality – Invest in economic development, wealth creation, infrastructure, and supports for a strong small business environment.
  2. Talent Development – Place emphasis on continuing education, youth activities, and talent retention.
  3. Quality of Place – Support quality of place as an economic and social development strategy.
  4. Quality of Life – Foster a proactive mindset around creating an environment for human thriving.
Residents, nonprofits, businesses, and policymakers are encouraged to explore the dashboard, apply the insights to their work, and share feedback or success stories by emailing DataDrive@CollaboraGC.com.
