Bridges to Health Clinic Hires Executive Director

BRIDGES TO HEALTH CLINIC HIRES EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Bridges to Health free health clinic is pleased to announce that it has hired Greg Maynard as the organization’s executive director.
“We’ve extremely excited to have someone with Greg’s background as our new executive director,” said Kelley Hochstetler, board chairperson for Bridges to Health. “His vast experience with non-profit organizations and community engagement is a huge plus as the board and the staff look to the future of how Bridges provides vital services to Grant County and surrounding communities.”
Bridges to Health is the only free health clinic in Grant County. The organization provides primary healthcare services, health care referrals and health education to uninsured residents who lack resources to obtain private insurance.
Maynard has worked in Marion for the past 11 years, and he joins Bridges after most recently working at Radiant Health, where he was director of special projects for the local behavioral health organization. He also spent seven years at Carey Services in leadership roles. Prior to working in Marion, Maynard spent nearly 20 years as in daily journalism and in communitybased roles with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and as a site coordinator for a federal Department of Justice grant program. He has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University and numerous post-graduate certifications and credentials.
“I’m excited and humbled by the board’s choice to bring me on as Bridges to Health’s executive director,” Maynard said. “Having worked in Marion for many years, I know how vital Bridges is to the community and how needed the organization’s services are to local residents as we seek to improve overall community health. Good physical health is the foundation for many other things in life, and I know Bridges has an essential role to play in the community to make a positive impact.”
